luunar's readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on a luunar reading.
4. Payments and Refunds
Paid reports are delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the instant delivery of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a report has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a purchased report, contact us at support@luunar.app within 48 hours.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our algorithms, use automated tools to abuse our services, upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights, or resell or redistribute our generated readings without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and generated readings produced by luunar are the intellectual property of luunar. You may use your personal readings for personal purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
luunar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on generated readings.
